On Point Optics offers certain products that are restricted for sale to specific individuals or entities by the State of Illinois and/or local laws and regulations. The sale of some of these restricted items may be limited to authorized users, including but not limited to:

• United States Military Personnel

• Law Enforcement Officers

• Correctional Facility Personnel

• Security Guards

• Peace Officers

• Other Federally or State-Authorized Users

Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing a restricted product.

Customer Certification & Legal Compliance

By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any item from On Point Optics, the Customer certifies that:

1. Compliance with Laws:
   
   

• The Customer has reviewed and understands all Federal, Illinois State, and/or local laws and regulations governing the use, possession, purchase, and ownership of the restricted item(s).

2. Legal Eligibility:
   
   

• The Customer is legally permitted to use, possess, purchase, and/or own the restricted item(s) under applicable laws.

• The Customer is not at substantial risk of using the item(s) to harm themselves or others.

3. No Straw Purchases:
   
   

• The Customer is not purchasing on behalf of another person (acting as a "Straw Purchaser") for anyone prohibited by federal, state, or local law from possessing the product.

• The Customer does not intend to transfer the item(s) in violation of Illinois or local laws.

4. Lawful Use & No Criminal Associations:
   
   

• The item(s) will be used solely for lawful purposes.

• The Customer is not associated with any criminal group, criminal enterprise, or “unlawful paramilitary or private militia”, as defined by the Military Code of Illinois and Section 2 of Article XII of the Illinois Constitution.

5. Age Requirements:
   
   

• The Customer is at least 18 years of age, or of the appropriate legal age as required by Illinois state and/or local laws for the specific product being purchased.

6. No Legal Disabilities:
   
   

• The Customer is not under any legal disability that would prohibit them from using, possessing, purchasing, owning, and/or transferring the item(s).
