Thank you for shopping with On Point Optics. We are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Period
Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned goods.
Solar Product Policy
Solar-related items are non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason except in cases where shipping damage is documented and reported immediately.
Specific Restrictions:
- Solar items purchased and received prior to August 21, 2017 are not eligible for return after that date.
- Solar items purchased before October 15, 2023 are not eligible for return for damage or shipping issues after October 15, 2023.
- Solar items purchased between October 16, 2023 and April 8, 2024 are not returnable for any reason after April 8, 2024.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, minus the 25% restocking fee, and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
- Contact your bank (processing time may vary).

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be:
- Purchased in increments of $10
- Received as part of promotions or giveaways
- Included in Explore Alliance memberships
Gift Cards are:

- Not redeemable for cash
- Valid only toward purchases that exceed the value of the gift card

If a product is returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to:
